This course presents basic concepts regarding the mortgage process and the closing process.  This course will help the real estate agent understand the mortgage process of getting a Buyer from loan application through appraisal to closing.  This course will also cover types of loans, how to effectively complete a contract for the purchase and sale of real property regarding a Seller’s contribution to a buyer’s closing costs and financing contingency exhibits.  Additionally, this course describes the closing process and the role of the attorney.  Topics include title issues, types of deeds, documents that the Buyer & Seller sign at closing and understanding a Closing Disclosure.
